Height: 22" Weight: 55 lbs

Exams: OFA Good

Registered: UKC

Work abilities: Lincoln is an excellent recreational sled dog. He typically runs in wheel and from the first time in harness, he has never allowed his lines to go slack. Although his smaller size is a disadvantage in terms of conformation shows, it makes him an ideal sled dog, with the build and stamina for easily handling longer distances.

Temperament: Lincoln is a very laid back and loving boy. He enjoys cuddling with his humans and has such as sweet way of asking to climb up on your lap that he usually gets what he wants. As a pup, he was a bit nervous around boisterous kids but now that he lives with a toddler, he has become much more comfortable and is no longer phased at all by new sounds and commotions. Lincoln is very eager to please and quick to take the hint with just a stern look if he is misbehaving.

Breeding Potential: Lincoln is available for stud (and hoping to get lucky!). He is smaller than ideal for a male Chinook but his build is solid and proportional, and his conformation is excellent. He obtained his UKC CH title in very few shows and before his first birthday. He is currently working toward his GRCH where judges comments suggest his biggest flaw is his small stature. Therefore, the most suitable match for Lincoln would be a female on the larger side of the breed standard. Lincoln has an excellent head, rich tawny/red coloring, a desirable temperament and ideal working ability.
